Rob Llewellyn now helps organisations achieve successful business outcomes using his expertise in management, mentoring, coaching and communication. He uses a non-authoritarian, charismatic and transformational style of leadership, placing significant focus on stakeholder management, risk management, internal communication and mentoring.

Projects
A PRINCE2 Practitioner, Rob applies OGC and PMBOK principles to project and programme management and has led small and large teams in both the public and private sectors. Often asked to rescue failing projects and programmes, Rob is able to quickly re-plan and take his clients over the line successfully. Rob writes for the British Programme Management Special Interest Group and other management blogs and magazines.

ICT
A Professional member of the British Computer Society, Rob’s ICT experience is broad, international and spans CRM, web portals, networks, development, data centres, CMMi and ITIL. Certified in Siebel and Microsoft, he has a broad appreciation of technology.

Coaching and Mentoring
Rob has enjoyed the pleasure of coaching and mentoring professionals all over the world. He has coached international athletes in Britain and young aspiring executives across Europe. Encouraging these people to think for themselves and adapt to new business environments whilst respecting cultures is key to creating a positive impact on immediate performance and on-going development.
